Trying to get my DD-214

Welcome graphic

I needed a copy of my DD-214 to get back into the service. I went to the Touchstone Research Group website where it says they can get most documents the same day, but apparently a DD-214 isn't one of those documents because I got this email AFTER I paid the 89 dollars plus a 30 dollar fee for same day service...
Your DD214 Request Form received. Thank you. We will queue your order for processing. Please note, however, that your record should be at the NPRC, but may be at AHRC, both facilities are in St. Louis. The NPRC is currently running at a 2-4 day on average internal delay for all walk-in researchers. AHRC is slightly longer. Be assured, however, that no one can get you your DD214 faster. Martin
I was very unhappy with this and went to the website and left a bad review saying that I hope you don't need a DD-214 the same day because you won't get one and posted the email that he sent me. Then he removed my review saying that it was misleading, so I posted another one. So here is my review on my site that he can't remove. I was very unhappy with the service I got at the Touchstone Research Group. They couldn't get my DD-214 the same day.  If you did want one the same day they would charge 30 dollars on top of the 89 dollars, and you also have to pay about 20 to 30 dollars more on top of everything else for same day mailing services.  I was also sent this...
We do get MANY DD214s, NGB22s, Letters of Separation in one day - recent
Navy, recent Marine Corps, recent Air Force Reserve, recent Marine Corps
Reserve, others.  That's guaranteed.  That's a lot of troops, a lot of
same day service.  It all depends n where your record is located.
Yours should be at NPRC.  We get some in a day at NPRC - but, there,
it's a roll of the dice.  Most, there, are 2 - 4 days ON AVERAGE.

So I guess that only the Army takes a long time huh. Sure ...
